Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply to purchases of the eBook "Dark Psychology Decoded" (the "eBook") from this website, operated by Dark Psychology Decoded, India ("we", "us").
1. The product
The eBook is a digital PDF product, available in Hindi and English. One purchase gives you both editions for ₹99 (inclusive of applicable taxes, if any). No physical item is shipped.
2. Licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print the eBook for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload or distribute the eBook or any part of it without our written permission.
3. Payment
You can also pay directly to our UPI ID ("manual UPI"). In that case your order is confirmed only after we check that the exact amount reached our account (matched by the UTR number you enter); submitting a UTR that is not yours, or a fake payment screenshot, is not a payment and the order will be rejected.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.
4. Delivery and access
After a successful payment you get a download page. Each link works for 72 hours and up to 5 downloads per edition. You can get a fresh link on the Lost your link? page using your Payment ID. For manual UPI orders the download buttons appear on your order page after we approve the payment; keep that page's link. If you lose it, contact us with your order code and UTR.
5. Educational purpose — disclaimer
The eBook is for education and awareness only. It is not a substitute for the advice of a psychologist, doctor, lawyer or counsellor, and must not be used to diagnose anyone. We do not promise any particular result. You are responsible for how you use the information. If you are in danger, call 112.
6. Refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seller's place of business shall have jurisdiction.
