Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
"Dark Psychology Decoded" is a digital eBook (PDF). Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
How delivery works
- Delivery is instant: right after your payment is confirmed, a download page opens with the Hindi and English PDFs.
- Manual UPI payments: if you pay directly to our UPI ID and enter the UTR number, we check the payment by hand before delivery — usually within 2–6 hours (9 AM – 10 PM). Once approved, your order page shows the Hindi and English download buttons. Keep your order page link; if you lose it, message us with your order code (DPD-…) and UTR.
- The link works for 72 hours and up to 5 downloads per edition.
- If the page closes or the link expires, get a new one on Lost your link? with your Payment ID and the email/mobile you paid withorder code and UTR (or contact us).
